U.K MAINLAND ORDERS HAVE THE FOLLOWING DELIVERY OPTIONS ON ALL ORDERS.

- FREE STANDARD U.K MAINLAND SHIPPING (ORDERS OVER $95.00)
- STANDARD  (2-3 WORKING DAYS*) $5.00 
- NEXT WORKING DAY*  $6.95 

 

*Next working day service is next working day on orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday and orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on the following working weekday (usually Monday). This service is not a guaranteed timed service although currently over 98% of next working day deliveries arrive with our customers the next working day.

We offer shipping options to almost every country on the globe. We work with DHL to offer our customers super fast and secure delivery options to almost anywhere!

We offer NEXT WORKING DAY shipping options to all European destinations, 2 day shipping to the U.S and even a 3 day shipping option to Asia and Australia. No need to wait to get your orders!

PLEASE NOTE: ALL International orders go out fully tracked and signed for so it is important that someone is available to sign for the items when they are delivered. Full tracking information will be provided to you when you receive your dispatch confirmation. 

IMPORT DUTY/TAXES

Please note that there may be import duty or local taxes charged for deliveries made outside of the European Union. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary by country. For any queries you may have, we recommend that you contact your local customs office. 

FAILED DELIVERY / LOST ITEMS?

It is very important that you supply us with the correct address and postcode! DreamoStore unfortunately cannot be held responsible for lost items due to incorrect/incomplete delivery addresses being supplied. What you enter at checkout is what goes on the label so please be careful! Please check your order confirmation e-mail and contact us immediately if you notice any errors or missing information. Unfortunately once the item is dispatched we will be unable to make any changes.
If you are having your order delivered to a work address the business name must be supplied. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost (internally) after delivery to a work address.

* TRANSIT TIMES


The transit times provided here and at checkout are estimates provided to us by the relevant couriers and delivery companies. No delivery option is guaranteed although over 98% of deliveries happen on or before the guide provided. International delivery timelines are based on deliveries to major destinations, do not include time in Customs and are provided as a guide only. Transit times can vary depending on the size and content of the parcel, the origin and destination locations within each country and public holidays.

There may also be circumstances beyond our carriers control which affect transit times, such as adverse weather conditions.
